Position: 1021: IT Project Manager - Full Time
Our primary service is to provide full Information Technology Management and Monitoring to local businesses. This includes Servers, Workstations, Network Infrastructure (Switches, Routers, Wireless, ISP Interface and LAN), Virtualization, AV Security, Software and Hardware. We design, procure, install, monitor and manage. We are a 95% Microsoft shop with a few Apple and Linux interactions.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager. This person's primary role will be coordinating all projects, staff assignments, customer facing liaison, reporting and keeping the business productive and efficient. This person must also have the skills to do the work themselves and will be expected to do so when needed. I.E. not afraid to get their hands dirty in the trenches to make sure projects are completed as needed. This position should self-generate the necessary income to offset their salary. While some of this will be hands-on service for labor profit, it will also be viewed as making the business more stable and productive so that more efficient work can be accomplished to increase profits, business flow improvements and overall automation & consistency. There is room for this position to move vertically without a ceiling for those individuals so motivated.

The ideal candidate would be an IT Support Technician or IT Administrator that is proficient with many of the services we offer but is at a point in their career where they wish to move into management, but still enthusiastic about doing some of the work and keeping their skill set sharp. This person must be professional and personable for both customer and staff interactions with an eye for "attention to detail."

Basic Information
Status: Full Time Employee
Hours: Weekdays 8-5 with some nights and weekends required
Compensation: Salary: Negotiable depending upon skill set and motivation
Benefits: Single coverage health, dental and vision insurance. 10 days paid time off per year.

Microsoft Windows computer and server operations systems
Active Directory, DHCP, Network Protocols, DNS, Microsoft Exchange, Routers, ISP Interfaces
Virus removal, IT troubleshooting
Network design and troubleshooting, Routers, Wireless, VLAN, Switches and IP configurations
Basic programming skills a plus
Command line and PowerShell a plus
Basic mechanical skills for quality hardware and wiring installation with attention to detail
