Position: 1012: Web Developer
Omega Technology Group is looking for a well rounded Web Developer that can produce all aspects of creative, functional and interactive web sites. Candidates for this position thrive in a creative setting and must be innovative and have the ability to learn and succeed. This person must be comfortable working alone as well as in a team environment, depending on the needs of a particular project. Ideal candidates will have the skills to complete a project from start to finish, be a self-starter and able to work on multiple projects at the same time. This position will require a mix of creativity, graphic work and an emphasis in programming. These websites will be original content, fluid page design, working within tight requirements of browser compatibilities and many will be database driven. The development environment will be Microsoft Windows; the production environment will be Unix/Apache.

Basic Information
Status: Full Time, Employee
Hours: 40 Hours/Week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overtime: May be required when meeting project deadlines
Compensation: Negotiable depending upon skill set

Skills Required:
Significant experience in Web Design/Development
Application knowledge of all components in Adobe Creative Suite 3
Experience working in a variety of internet technologies including but not limited to:
HTML, XML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, Flash, MySQL, ActionScript and Microsoft Office Products
Programming skills a must, most notably in PHP & JavaScript
Adobe Photoshop: Graphic Design, Slicing and Optimization.
Examples of completed web projects is required
Ability to communicate with clients on a technical and non-technical level
Ability to self educate and learn new techniques and skills quickly.
Have high ethical and work standards
